LLPOA is requesting anyone interested in bathroom cleaning for the 2023 season (May - October), please email llpoatreasurer@hotmail.com with your bid. Cleaning needs to happen twice a week. All duties listed below.
Cobwebs brushed down from ceilings, walls, and windowsills.
Toilets scrubbed inside sides and base.
Sink washed out.
Shower walls and floor bleached out, making sure to clean drain.
Wipe down doors and handles.
Sweep and mop out.
Walls with any graffiti, light fixtures out, bees nest, etc. reported immediately.
